Our Beliefs

All sixty-six scriptures in the Old and New Testaments were written by men who were inspired by the Holy Spirit. We believe that the Holy Bible is without any errors and is the word of God, imbued with the spirit of God. It serves as the standard and source of the church’s faith, possessing the full power and authority to guide and advise the hearts of believers.

We believe in one God: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. He created all creatures, both visible and invisible, in heaven and on earth. God is perfect, living, omnipotent, eternal, unchanging, all-knowing, and selfless. He exists in Trinity and unity.

2.1 God the Father

We believe that God the Father gave His only Son, Jesus Christ, as a sacrifice for the sins of the world by dying on the cross. He also sent the Holy Spirit in the name of the Son, granting authority to those who believe in His goodness and healing, enabling them to become His children.

Gen 1:1 Gen 3:1-24 Ps 85(86):9-10 John 1:12-13 John 3:16 Matthew 5:48 Eph 4:6

2.2. God the Son

Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God, was sent by the Father and the Holy Spirit. He was conceived by the Virgin Mary through the Holy Spirit, making Him both perfect God and perfect man. He was crucified at Calvary for the sins of the world, rose from the dead on the third day, and ascended to heaven on the fortieth day, sitting at the right hand of the Father. We believe in Him as the eternal high priest in heaven, who intercedes for sinners and will return to judge the living and the dead at the end of the world.

John 1:1-5 Luke 1:26-35 Col 2:9 John 3:14-18 Romans 5:8-11 1 Cor 15:20-22 Acts 1:1-9 Acts 2:33-36 Heb 1: 12 Heb 7:15-22 1 John 1:10-11 Rev 1:6-7 Luke 10:42-43

 2.3 God the Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit is equally divine with the Father and the Son; He is the third person of the Trinity who possesses His own personality. The Holy Spirit creates and gives life. He prophesied in the past through the prophets and came down to the apostles to convict the world concerning sin, righteousness, and judgment. The Holy Spirit helps individuals to be saved by believing in Christ Jesus and dwells within believers, guiding and empowering those who have faith. We believe that the Holy Spirit works in the lives of saints by sanctifying them and bestowing gifts of grace.

Acts 5:3-4 Matthew 28:19-20 Acts 16:7 Romans 8:9-10 Gen 1:23 Job 33:4 1 Peter 1:1012 John 15:20 John 6:27 John 16:7-15 Eph 1:14 1 Cor 12:4-11

We believe that man fell in the image of God and became dead by sin. He died on the cross to save the human race from sin. We believe that by believing in Jesus Christ, who rose from the dead on the third day, he will be born again through the Holy Spirit and gain eternal life.

Genesis 1:26 Genesis 3:21 Romans 5:6-16 Acts 4:12 John 3:3-5 John 3:14-18

Jesus Christ achieved complete forgiveness for all mankind through the blood he shed during his suffering and the sacrifice he made on the cross. We believe that atonement is the sole basis of salvation.

To be reconciled with the Creator, a person can be saved from sin and eternal damnation. Salvation from the sins of mankind is possible only by believing in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, who died on the cross of Calvary and rose from the dead on the third day. Those who hear the good news of the gospel understand that this salvation is a completely free gift of God’s grace. When they accept Jesus Christ with repentance and faith, they are reborn through the Holy Spirit and receive eternal life. We believe that through Him, one can find true life.

Col 1:20 1 Tim 2:5 Romans 6:23 Romans 5:6-11 Romans 3:20-26 Eph 1:3-14 Eph 2:8-9 Heb 4:25-28 John 1:12- 13 John 3:3-8 Titus

We believe that the church is the spiritual unity of believers who believe in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ who have accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal savior who have been reborn with the Holy Spirit living in them and who through the Holy Spirit are part of Jesus Christ. We believe that the church was founded by Jesus Christ and that the head of the church is Jesus Christ.

We believe that the local church is the body of Christ, with its own governance and full authority to manage its affairs according to the Word of God. We hold that the saints who believe in Christ and have been saved form a community of believers who worship God and uphold the sacred ordinances given by our Lord Jesus Christ through continuous gatherings. We believe that within the local church, believers are disciplined, taught, and counseled to grow toward the perfection of Christ. We affirm that all true believers, who are part of Christ, are united in spirit. Additionally, we believe in performing the Lord’s work with love alongside churches that share our faith.

We believe in the holy ordinances that our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ gave to his disciples to observe and practice.

8.1. Water baptism

We believe that water baptism is a scriptural church system that should be performed by all those who have repented of their sins and believed in Christ with faith in their hearts. Water baptism is a public testimony of a believer’s death and union with Christ in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

Matthew 28:14-20 Acts 10:47-48 Romans 6:1-4 Romans 6:30-34 Mark 16:16 Col 2:12

8.2 The Lord’s Supper

We believe that the Lord’s Supper is a holy ceremony given by the Lord Jesus himself, where we express our union with the divine life of Jesus Christ through bread and wine juice, and where we think of his suffering and death and speak of his death and resurrection until the Lord comes. Mark 26:26-29 Luke 22:19-20 1 Cor 11:23-32

According to the Word of God, marriage is defined as a union between one man and one woman. We believe that God established this sacred bond between two believers, and that only death can dissolve this covenant. The church views marriage as a sacred institution that should be cherished and protected.

Genesis 2:18-25 Mark 10:2-12 Matthew 19:3-9 Eph 5:23-33 Hebrews 2:13-4

We believe that all Christians are called to glorify God by obeying the word of God and living a holy life, reflecting Jesus Christ in all their lives and producing spiritual fruits.

Luke 8:15 John 17:17 Hebrews 10:10 Hebrews 13:12 Galatians 5:22-24 Peter 1:15-16 1 John 2:6 2 Timothy 2:19- 24 Hebrews 12:14

We believe that, according to the scriptures, Christ’s work on the cross, along with the power of the resurrection, will bring healing to the soul, spirit, and body for all who believe in Him.

Exodus 15:26 Isaiah 52:4 Matthew 8:16-17 1 Peter 2:24 Psalm 103:3 James 5:14-15 Mark 16:17-18

We believe that our Lord Jesus Christ will return to earth in glory to judge the righteous and sinners to establish His kingdom. We believe that believers who are alive and will be raised from the dead will be raptured to receive the Lord and this is the blessed hope of believers. We believe that the righteous who believe in him will live happily with him forever, but those who do not believe in him will be punished forever in the sea of fire prepared for Satan and his angels.

John 14:2-3 Matthew 25:31-46 Matthew 16:19-30 1 Thess 4:1-18 Acts 1:11 Acts 2:2-28 Rev 7:9-17 Rev 20:10-15

According to Holy Scripture, we believe everyone will stand before the judgment throne of our Lord Jesus Christ.

1 Corinthians 4:5 2 Corinthians 5:10 Rev 22:12 Matthew 16:17 1 Peter 4:5 Romans 2:5-10 Revelation 2:23 Acts 17:31 2 Thessalonians 1:8-9 Romans 6:23 Revelation 20:11 -15 Matthew 13:49-50

We expect for a new heaven and a new earth where our Lord Jesus Christ will live in righteousness according to his promise.

2 Pet 3:13 Rev 21:1 (22) Rev 21:27

We believe that holy angels are spiritual beings created to serve the living God. Throughout both the Old and New Testaments, angels are sent to assist the faithful in obedience to God. Holy angels do not accept worship, as we believe that only God is deserving of worship.

Genesis 16:7 Genesis 21:17 Judges 6:1 2 Samuel 24:16 Psalm 91:11 Isaiah 6:1-3 Zechariah 1:12 Luke 1:19 Acts 8:26, 29 Revelation 5:11 Revelation 22:8- 9

Satan is an angel with a spiritual body who was cast out of heaven by God due to his pride and rebellion. He leads the fallen archangels and is the source of all evil, often referred to as the father of lies. Satan influences people and the world with his wickedness, blinding the minds of unbelievers. He stands as the enemy of God and all humanity.
